Pocius (Scranton, PA) and Niki Ingram (Philadelphia, PA) will be speaking at the 17th Annual National Workers' Compensation and Disability Conference and Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 19-21, 2008.  Mr. Pocius' topics will include Medicare Setasides: What Are Your Questions? as well as How To Avoid 10 Costly Litigation Errors.  Ms. Ingram will be speaking regarding Independent Contractors and Traveling Employees: How To Support Them and Keep Your Costs Down. 

Jeffrey G. Rapattoni (Cherry Hill, NJ) is presenting at the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigator's (NSPII) yearly convention in Louisville, Kentucky from November 9 - 11, 2008.  Mr. Rapattoni will be speaking on current SIU topics including electronic discovery and proper claims handling.
