Frank conducts an active insurance defense trial practice, handling a multitude of cases from construction accidents to product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, and medical malpractice, as well as legal malpractice, dental malpractice, and others. He has successfully defended hundreds of general casualty cases with the use of liability, medical, and vocational experts. Frank has also had continued success with the defense of attorneys, accountants, architects, and title insurance agents in professional malpractice actions.
Frank is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree, and Villanova Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor. He then served as Law Clerk to a trial judge in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. He is actively involved in civic activities in the Lehigh Valley, where he lives and works.
