Attorney Profiles

Cynthia E. Banks is a 1992 graduate of Santa Clara University where she obtained her B.A. in English and a minor in Theater. She continued her studies at Santa Clara University School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1995. During her legal studies, Ms. Banks participated in the Oxford University Summer Law Program in Oxford, England studying Public International Law.

Prior to joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, Ms. Banks practiced for an insurance defense firm in the Bay Area, California for four years where her practice focused on motor vehicle and general liability.

Ms. Banks moved to Pennsylvania in 1999 and joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin as a litigation associate. She became a Shareholder in 2004. Having practiced for several years doing almost exclusively automobile law, Ms. Banks now concentrates her practice on Retail Liability, Civil Rights, Municipal Liability, Education Law and Products Liability.
